A Bit About Me

The bible declares, “everything you touch shall prosper,” and I certainly believe it. This was evidenced in Josephs life. Whether he was in favorable position like being second to the kingdom of Egypt or in prison, the Lord gave him favor and blessed everything Joseph did.
Throughout my years, since being saved I have seen Gods hand and blessings upon my life. I was the only child out of ten to graduate High school. I then achieved an associate degree in liberal arts and went on to obtain a bachelor’s in psychology. I was blessed to serve my country ten years in the Army and besides that, held other servitude jobs in the civilian sector.
I taught as a special education teacher at a High School. Where I excelled above even veteran teachers. Prior to that I gained teaching skills by working as a teacher’s assistant. Above all other achievements I believe that my greatest role in this life is that of a husband and father. If I cannot lead my family into the things of God, how can I do so with others. Being entrusted with a wife and kids is the greatest responsibility a man can have, and I take it very seriously.
Sometime in the future, I am going to obtain a master’s degree in divinity and with it work as a Chaplin at a veterans’ hospital or in a prison. I also believe that I am called to pastor, and so be such as well. Whether I become a pastor or Chaplin one thing which I will always do is serve, and I will do it to the best of m ability. I’m not concerned about a title but having a burden for the lost and for people. Because of that, I will continue to help those that are in need.
