A Bit About Me
Loria Willoughby is a qualified professional with experience in facilitating child-development and recreational services for school-aged children. I have served as an Instructional Aide (SDC), as a Substitute teacher, Site Coordinator, and Program Specialist. Accomplished in mentoring children of school-aged in their aspirations to develop community engagement and motivate their professional ambitions. Proficient in situations where initiative is the appropriate course of action, and always willing to take a leadership role. Exceptional ability to work toward 100% success in mind.
Graduated from California State University of San Bernardino with a dual Bachelor of Arts Degree in, Psychology and Human Development with an emphasis on children. I went on to serve my community in the City of Moreno Valley working with children, retiring from the Moreno Valley Unified School District in January 2022.
Married to my husband, Carey Willoughby for 33+ years and we have a son, Brandon Willoughby. Currently I volunteer at a Food Bank in Riverside (Fruit of the hand Ministries) I am teaching classes
Elder Loria would put it to use teaching a class on discipleship. Shortly thereafter she would be offered the position of Elder over the Youth Ministry at Cathedral of Praise. Operating this ministry stream until 2015, Elder Loria would be assigned as Prayer Team Coordinator to the Prayer Ministry, prayer being one of her true passions.
